• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• API Usage: Text sent to our TTS API for processing. We do not store audio outputs.
• Support Requests: Information you provide when contacting support.

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications
• Monitor usage to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Respond to support requests

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Until you delete your account
• Usage logs: 90 days for analytics, then anonymized
• API request content: Not stored after processing
• Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years)

We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Supabase: Database hosting (EU region available)
• Resend: Transactional emails
• Vercel: Application hosting

We do not sell your data to third parties.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Delete your account via Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Object: Opt out of certain processing
